“There is no proper Wi-Fi connection at the charger location. You have to call an attendant, who then must connect the system to his personal mobile hotspot just to start the charging session. Because it's managed so poorly, if the attendant walks away, the charging session stops updating on the app. On top of that, the charging speed is extremely low.
