One thing I'm disappointed is about..I do fleet services , My vehicle been charged in this station over 48 times a month in that station over 14k INR, One of my driver met with an accident Once so he couldn't collect the vehicle from Area it was delayed by few hrs..It was clearly explained to the investor ..I wish they could have treated their slightly better ... “My experience with the GOEC charging app has been extremely disappointing. To use their charging stations, you must top up money inside the application. But here’s the problem: no matter how much you top up, the app keeps a fixed amount as a “minimum balance requirement,” and you cannot use it or get it back. For example, if you top up ₹200 / AED 200, only ₹150 / AED 150 is usable, the remaining ₹50 stays locked inside the app permanently. Even if you delete your account, there is no refund for that amount. This feels extremely unfair to customers. Imagine thousands or lakhs of users topping up and each one losing ₹50 that they can never use the total amount kept from customers becomes huge. I personally feel this system is misleading, non-transparent, and completely unacceptable. Customers deserve clarity and the ability to withdraw unused funds. I strongly advise everyone to be careful before using the GOEC app or topping up money. Make sure you understand their balance policy clearly, because once the amount is stuck, there is no way to recover it.” — Abshad Rahman, 10 months ago
