“The EV charging station at Caritas Hospital is dysfunctional most of the time. The charging station has 2 90KW charges and is a good fast charging station in the area of it ever worked. In recent times, I was there 4 times and could not manage a success charging session for my car. I tried calling the ChargeMod helpline, I was asked to send screenshots of the panel and they attempted a remote charging exercise which ended up deducting my wallet and yet another unsuccessful attempt at resolving the issue. I spent more than half hour trying to get this sorted to no avail. This charging point is unreliable and ChargeMod does not provide the required support except asking the customer to go to an alternate charging point.” — Deepak Kuriakose, a month ago
