“Very disappointed with the EV charging experience at Go EC. I travelled all the way with my EV expecting a reliable charging facility, but the experience was extremely frustrating. There was poor coordination, lack of proper support, and the charging facility was not functioning as expected. As an EV user, planning long trips depends heavily on dependable charging stations, and this kind of experience creates unnecessary stress and inconvenience. The location and ambience may look good, but the actual EV charging service was disappointing. “I was unable to use the charger because some other vehicle owner parked the car infront of the charger hence I was unable to use it.
