“The Go EC app showed a charger as "Available," but it failed completely when I arrived with a low battery. I was stranded for 45 minutes trying to reach customer support. When they finally answered, they admitted they already knew the charger was broken, yet the app still showed it as working. Because of their wrong data and awful support, I couldn't reach Calicut Airport on time, leaving my wife and 4-month-old baby stranded waiting for me after a long flight. This isn't the first time Go EC has let me down. Unreliable infrastructure and inaccurate app statuses mean you cannot trust this network.
