“I had a frustrating experience at this ChargeZone location. The facility has two charging units (totaling 4 DC plugs). One unit is explicitly marked as reserved for buses, while the other is for general vehicles. When I arrived, a bus was occupying the general charging area—using both plugs—despite there being a dedicated unit specifically for them. When I attempted to use the 'bus reserved' unit that was sitting empty, the staff prevented me from doing so, stating it was exclusively for buses. It is completely illogical to prioritize a bus in a general charging bay while denying paying customers access to the empty, reserved bay specifically designed for that purpose. I was told I had to wait 10+ minutes, but the core issue is the staff’s failure to manage the charging bays correctly. If you have dedicated infrastructure, it should be enforced.
