“we pulled up and both spots were open which was a relief because usually this place is packed. it charged fast enough for us to grab a coffee and come back, no complaints about the speed. one of the chargers had a screen that was flickering weirdly but it still worked fine. the lot is clean and well lit, felt safe waiting even at 9pm. wish they put the station just a bit closer to the store entrance since it's a bit of a walk. i still drive out of my way to use this spot though, solid option for a quick top up.” — Malhotra Nigl, 2 months ago

“Alot of issues with chargers. Had a charger not releasing charge because machine button was broken. So charges kept charging as I'm wanting to disconnect charge but couldn't. Then lengthy delay with calling evgo cstmr service who had to disconnect charger from their end. Yep they didn't care that I didn't want to keep paying for charge as I waited for them to disconnect.
