“No customer service at all. All I am looking for is an acknowledgement when asking a Question for the third time. I only stated, “Excuse me Anna-can we pay here”. No knod, no looking up, and she is only 3-4 feet from stirring items on the hot bar behind the counter. As I began to walk away, she said, “yes-give me a minute”. I waited, paid, said, “Thank You Anna” to which there was no response. To the employees, if you don’t want to be here or don’t want to come to work, don’t come to work. Pilot, read this and do something about it. Anna deserves that and so do your clients. Thankfully, our expectations aren’t as high as they were years ago.
