“BEWARE! I’ve had my car for a while and have been to multiple charging stations all throughout the AV and Los Angeles areas with different companies. I know that most charging stations have a minimum initial debit charge. At this charging station the minimum is $50 which is fine the thing is that the moment you don’t meet this initial charge, mind you, while actively charging your vehicle, it will turn off. Then you would have to initialize it all over again and your account would be charged again. I contacted customer service and all they state is to use a different card. I was trying to explain to them that the station keeps turning off while charging and states insufficient funds! This is a complete SCAM! She tried telling me that my bank is the one that sets the $50 minimum… what?? It’s their service not my banks.
