“The people who charge here are disgusting. They throw all of their trash and pee bottles on the ground. Sometimes there's a fresh diaper. DO BETTER! SOMEONE HAS TO CLEAN THAT UP AND NOBODY WANTS TO PICK UP YOUR PISS BOTTLE One month they took an extra $60 out of my bank account and basically said I was SOL. Use a card that you can preload because they will take extra money out of your bank account and do nothing about it. Even if you have all the proof. “BEWARE. Some of these are broken, and dont always show broken in the app. Edit: 10FEB24: 2 stations are down, but the app does not show one down until you pull up to it. EDIT: 25JAN24. 2 stations are down, but the app does not indicate that. I was able to charge this time, however, and at over 120kw. Initial review in 2023: Even calling the customer service number and having them reset DOES NOTHING.
