“4 chargers are available when you check the app but when you get here at least 2 are broken, EVERY TIME! You can call customer support about them and they know they are broken and "sending someone out" but I check them every week for over 3 months to see if there's any update and it seems the same 2 chargers go down after just a few days. Add more chargers to the location, more options throughout the city, and quicker service technicians. “This is a good charging station. It's located right next to Sam's Club, where the customer pick up is. Most of the chargers work and work well. Shaded area, so it's manageable while we sit and wait. “Overpriced compared to others 56 cents non membership and 46 cents either the membership. If you have the adapters and use the Tesla chargers near here during non-peak hours it is 32 cents.
