What drivers have written
“The charging station is fine; they charge 47 cents, but you can only charge up to 80%—if you go over that, they charge extra for every minute you stay. There is a restaurant in the parking lot, but I’m not sure if they’d let you use the restroom if you needed to.” — Sergio Flores, 2 months ago
“Close by to major restaurants, coffee shop and supermarket... It can be quite a walk to some of the locations.. Usually not full. Clean and near the southern border of Las Vegas. Lazy Dog Restaurant, Bone Fish Grill, Coffee Bean (far walk), Whole Foods (far walk)....” — S ESQ, 8 years ago
“Title: Disappointing Experience at Tesla Supercharger Station Rating: ★☆☆☆☆ I recently had an incredibly frustrating experience at the Tesla Supercharger Station, and I feel compelled to share my negative review. The overall charging process was marred by several issues, resulting in a highly inconvenient and dissatisfying visit. First and foremost, the charging speed at this particular station was abysmal. I expected to benefit from Tesla's cutting-edge technology, but to my dismay, the charging rate never exceeded 45 kWh. Considering the increasing capacity of modern electric vehicles, this sluggish charging speed is simply unacceptable. Tesla needs to address this issue urgently, as it severely hampers the efficiency of their supercharger network. Adding to the frustration, the station was incredibly crowded. Upon arrival, I was greeted by a lengthy line of Tesla owners eagerly waiting to charge their vehicles. With only eight available stalls, it was evident that the infrastructure failed to meet the demand. Waiting in line for an extended period not only wasted my time but also undermined the convenience promised by Tesla's supercharger network. To make matters worse, two out of the eight charging stalls were out of order. This further exacerbated the overcrowding issue, forcing the remaining stalls to bear the brunt of the load. It was disheartening to witness such poor maintenance, as it reflects a lack of attention and care from Tesla's management. Customers should be able to rely on fully functional charging stations, especially given the premium nature of Tesla's brand. Perhaps the most disheartening aspect of my experience was the unprofessional behavior of the Tesla attendant. Instead of providing assistance or addressing customer concerns, the attendant appeared disinterested and engrossed in their personal phone activities. This complete disregard for customer service is utterly unacceptable and casts a negative light on Tesla's commitment to customer satisfaction. In conclusion, my visit to this Tesla Supercharger Station was a major disappointment. The underwhelming charging speed, long queues, broken stalls, and unhelpful attendant made the entire experience a frustrating ordeal. Tesla must urgently address these issues to uphold its reputation for delivering cutting-edge technology and exceptional customer service. Until these improvements are made, I cannot recommend this particular supercharger station to fellow Tesla owners.” — elem lv, 3 years ago
