This has become an increasingly common trend with Electrify America and raises concerns about their staffing levels and the reliability of their support system. While I was ultimately able to resolve the issue myself, the lack of accessible customer service is unacceptable—especially for a charging network that many drivers rely on during long trips or emergencies. Had this situation been more urgent, I would have been left in a difficult and potentially unsafe position. The station itself functioned properly once the app issue was resolved, but the overall experience underscored a major weakness. Electrify America needs to make customer support a priority by increasing staffing, improving phone queue systems, and ensuring drivers can get help when they need it.
