“The two charging stations reserved for Repère Boréal are operational, with a maximum capacity of 7 kW. The rate is $3/hour; we would have preferred a kWh rate, which would be fairer, but we're not going to complain too much. And the same rate applies whether or not a vehicle is charging: this is perfect for encouraging people who hog the charging stations to move their vehicles once they've finished charging.
