What drivers have written
“Terrible charging experience. Only the far-right charger appeared to be working, and there’s only one parking spot that can use it. I tried two other stations and couldn’t get either of them to work. Even the payment wouldn’t go through, so if you’re getting payment errors, it’s probably not you—it’s them. Another EV owner told me she regularly has issues here and that only the first charger reliably works. After waiting around for 30 minutes, I finally got connected and was only getting about 180 mi/hr. Complete waste of time. I won’t be stopping here again. Next time I’ll drive a little farther and use a Tesla Supercharger with an adapter.” — Laeeq Ahmed, 2 months ago
“These chargers are at Hatfield Chevrolet. The 125 KW charger on the left (one of two) still doesn't connect and the dealer was using the only operable one on the right. I wasted a lot of time here and ended up ,(with dealer help) connected to one that provided a whapping 30 KW which would have required over a two-hour wait! I left for a brand-new facility on New Town Pike just a couple miles away. This is a known problem and one would think the dealer would get it fixed!” — David Diggle, 2 months ago
“They need to lable the ese correctly! The stations work, but the numbers are not correct. These where not the number a while back, and whoever labeled them now clearly could care less about doing a job right! If you charge here look at the yellow light on the charger. If the one you plugged in lit up, your good. If not, just choose the other on your app.” — Donald Lugo, 5 months ago
