“Since it's at the Sparks apartment complex, this would be very easy for residents and guests to charge, especially if they're in buildings close to the chargers. However, $50 is high to not even charge to 80% - and take hours doing it. Because of this, unless you're desperate and have plenty of time to get your charge up just to have enough charge to go somewhere else, I do not recommend.
