“As the only EV charger in Livingston, I was really counting on this station when my Tesla was running very low on charge. Unfortunately, when I arrived, the charger had an issue authenticating my vehicle and would not start charging. I called customer support hoping they could help, but the representative basically told me there was nothing they could do and that I was on my own. Since I had very little battery left, I ended up having to call my insurance company and get my car towed to another charger. Being the only charger in the area, reliability and customer support are extremely important. I understand technical issues can happen, but I expected much better assistance from support.
