“The cord/connector will not unlatched from charging station until you pay for it via the app. The pay to tap option doesn't work either. It's a level 2, j1772, that gets about 6-8 kw speed. I know someone posted it wasn't actually a level 2 but a lv 1. My car recognizes it as a lv 2, as well as the operator (when I called about the connector being stuck) and it also charges at the same speed of the commercial lv2 chargers I have used in the past, as well as my lv 2 home charger. It is a lv 2. And lv 2 takes hours to charge, usually 5+ hours. I think the person who previously posted review about it being a lv 1 was confused. A lv 1 is a 110v output and will take days to charge fully. That's not what this one is. This charger is getting a bad review due to how complicated it was to finally get it to charge.
