“Good overall, but lost a point due to the fact that in the early afternoon the sun shines directly on the charger screen making it very hard to read, especially as a first time user with no app. In case it helps others, the process is to plug in the cable, then tap your card on the small screen to authenticate and pre-charge your card for $25.00. (This took over a minute in my case, leading me to think there was a problem, so give it time.) Then tap again to get the charge going.
