“Expensive rate, but easy to connect and pay without prior setup or registration. Easy to find on arrival. Bags 1-2 and 11-12 are old style plug and 3-10 are NACS (North American charging standard; Tesla type the US manufacturers are moving to). They have an app, but it’s not needed to use the plugs. The app doesn’t even say which plugs are which type, you have to see it visually upon arrival. The plugs are not “locked” to the unit and can be taken down and plugged in easily. Starting, paying, and stopping a session can be done from the screen on the side of the unit. Tap a card to pay, and you are charging. This is what I did and was easy. Speed of charge was not uniquely fast. I was able to get 125 kW (400 miles of range per hour on my model Y) which is fast but no better than a V1 Tesla charger. It advertises 400 kW, but I want getting to even half of that with my battery under half full. Price is 20% higher than I’ve come to expect for super charging but not insane. Location is dirty but no worse than any other truck stop. Handle of charge unit felt significant, but some of the decorative plastic cover was falling off and it looked well used (which is confusing bc I am the first to review this site and it doesn’t seem like a high traffic location; zero other people using it on a Sunday afternoon). I set up the app, but didn’t end up using it bc it didn’t tell me what type of plug was on each unit and it wasn’t entirely clear what to do. “Downloaded the app but tried to activate the wrong charger. I thought the first one in line was 1 and two, but they were in numerical order. 4 CCS1 chargers on two towers (1 tower at either end) and 8 towers for Tesla. Tap credit card and charged as fast as Chevy Bolt will take juice, about 57 kWh. 82% in 35 minutes.
