“The charger has an "out of service sign" but you can still charge your car if you have a chargepoint RFID card. To start a charge just tap it at the bottom of the screen (where the tap image is). Then plug in. To stop the charge, tap your card again, then just press anywhere on the screen. Or press "Stop" in the app. Just did this with the Chademo plug and it works. Not sure if the CCS plug works. Also I don't know this works if you use the app instead of the card to start a charge. Happy charging :)” — Hawa Mariko, 2 years ago

“Had trouble trying to plug in my Hyundai ionic 5 car. Took some time trying to get the charge to start had to do it 3 times just for it to connect and start charging. At this moment I’m getting a charge power of 29 kilowatts and climbing so just an fyi it doesn’t happen right away. Also pro tip don’t charge on a stupidly hot day u will cook but if you do go inside and let staff know that ur charging ur car and if it’s ok with them chill inside till it’s done charging.
