“One charger didn't work. The other was 2.99 activation fee and I only hit 18 kw speeds. It's a 50. Called customer support and they said that you're not garunteed 50kw, and they rebooted it but I had already left, but at least I got a refund. 18 is super slow, barely faster than a level 2 charger and it's 3x as expensive. 50kw arguably is not even a super fast charging speed. Disappointing, they definitely don't service these chargers ever because everyone leaves when it doesn't work or is too slow” — Rowan, 3 months ago
