“Super Convienient and its next to a 24hr. donut shop across the street. So that's the two best point IMO. That said, they need more charging stations. Adding at least three additional spots, if space and electrical capacity allow, would be a wise business decision. There is almost always a substantial wait, even after midnight, with two or three EVs consistently waiting for the three available stations. That said, this service is still a lifesaver, and most drivers do not remain for a full charge, so the line usually moves reasonably well. With more stations, drivers would feel less pressure to disconnect early and could charge to the level they actually need. That might also reduce repeat visits and help distribute demand more efficiently.” — Douglas Richter, 2 months ago

“It took months for Electrify America to install new chargers at this location. They finally worked for a few weeks and now they have been vandalized, all three chargers again out of service. The screens seemed “on” behind the broken glass and the chargers appeared available in the app but it’s impossible to start charging. What’s wrong with people?! I hope there are security cameras to investigate this. As a user who relies in public chargers I understand the frustration about the EV charging network being insufficient and unreliable in LA, but these actions do nothing to help the community.” — Ana Raya, a year ago
