What drivers have written

“Repeated Overcharges Due to Faulty Equipment — No Support from Company I’ve been using EVCS regularly, especially at the City of Los Angeles Lot 639 location, and have faced consistent issues with malfunctioning chargers. The stations frequently stop mid-session or fail to start properly, forcing me to restart the session—each time triggering a new $0.99 session fee. On multiple days, I was charged 3–5 times for what should have been a single uninterrupted charge. I reached out to EVCS support with documentation, screenshots, and logs. While support staff were polite, I was told no refunds would be issued—even though the overcharges were clearly caused by faulty equipment owned by EVCS. The total in duplicate charges has added up to nearly $50. There’s no accountability for the reliability of their stations, and no policy in place to reimburse customers unfairly overcharged due to their own system errors. I’m posting this so others are aware. If you use EVCS, especially at Lot 639, keep a close eye on your charges.” — Alex Ramos (Alex), a year ago

“Not the fastest charger but works pretty well - nice and easy if you have the Noodoe app - just scan the QR code and plug'n'charge” — Benjamin F, a year ago

“Came here on a Saturday afternoon. Two of four chargers out of service, but the one I used charged well. If having problems paying, just scan the barcode and you can use their mobile website to pay without an account. Called customer service about the two broken chargers, and they said they were aware and should have them back online in 1-2 days.” — Brad Andrews, 3 years ago
