What drivers have written
“The hardware is frequently broken. The two stations I pulled into today: - one was showing a charging screen, but no car was connected - another had a completely dark screen and would not wake up” — Blair Holloway, a year ago
“There’s a total of 4 chargers in this lot and 95% of the time they are all open. I’ve been charging here for months because I live close by but every. single. time. I have to plug my car into all four chargers until I find one that works. I don’t think anyone keeps up with the chargers here. It’s super frustrating.” — jessika wallace, 4 years ago
“AVOID !!! The charging stations are mostly out of order, and even when they work, they stop charging after 10-15 minutes. At that point, you need to reconnect to get another 5 minutes of charging before having to unplug once more — The maximum charging speed is about 47 kWh. If you're fortunate, you might find a charging station that allows you to charge without reconnecting. Their phone support is friendly and responsive, but all they can do is restart the stations. They offer unlimited charging plans but it's pointless if the stations aren't functioning properly, which explains why their service is cheap. Overall, it's NOT WORTH IT, as you'll waste too much time at these unreliable stations. I recommend avoiding this company.” — John, a year ago
