“It worked for 15 minutes until I walked away then there was a "fault issue" with the system. Unfortunately they charge per hour and I was at a restaurant and unable to disconnect it. When I called Flo customer service they told me they could see a fault was detected and "tried" to transfer me to get a refund (at my request) but the call dropped. I don't care about the $1 that I lost while their system had an error and my car got no charge but I don't think the call dropping was on accident.
