“This charging station charges under 75 kW. The "up to 350kw" sticker is meaningless. It used to sometimes charge at 150+, but it does not anymore. The parking lot wasn't made for this and people will often queue in the middle of the traffic lane instead of in a parking space. There are frequent periods of one or more charger being down. Some of the electrify America stations have a cap at 85%, which is good for you because it decades your battery health to charge to 100, but there is no cap here, and this is the kind of place where people will park their Lucid Air and leave and the car is at 100% with no one in sight, so wait times are hard to gauge. I find it often worth it to just drive to valley fair with 12 stations that charges at 150 with no wait and an 85% cap.” — Seth C, 9 months ago

“There are three “hyper fast” 350kW charging stations. Tried all three and they typically charge slightly more than 70kW no matter the time or the date. I’ve been here 5:30 am on weekdays, weekends mornings. Once in a blue moon, like right now, my car is charging a little over 100 kW and it’s around 6am and I’m the only one using the “hyper fast” charger. It may get faster as the weather warms? Almaden BOA charger usually charge much much faster. I typically get 150 kW or more on their 150 kW charging station. The max charging on their 350 kW goes up to 220kW. Back to this site. There are positives to the slow “hyper fast” charging. There are plethora of local shops to grab a coffee and pastries while you’re charging. Which is what I do on weekends. So, it’s five star for that. Otherwise, it’s 1 star for false advertisement. Hence, three stars.
