“0/2 CCS fast chargers operational. The instructions ask you to input the serial number, but it isn't shown anywhere on the charging station! Even once I figured the number out, things still didn't work. There were about 5 different ways to try and get them to work and I went through all of them, including using the phone support line. They seemed to do everything they could to help me, including restarting the charge station remotely, but in the end I just wasted an hour in the middle of a road trip getting no energy out of it.
