What drivers have written

“What an awful charging station in the Ford lot. The machines reject normal Visa and Mastercards during swipe and tap. Then you have to download some cluelessly developed mobile app. The mobile app says you can sign up in guest mode but then requires all your information. Then when you switch to setting a password since it made you do the painful signup process anyways it makes you renter everything twice, including your credit card information. Then you it wants you to scan a tiny gray scale QR code on the screen from the App which is 1/20 the size of the physical screen and doesn’t work cause the screen has 3 layers of plastic and is in full sun with a stupidly small overlay. I wish I took a picture of how stupid it was. I ended up having to select my car by clicking on the charger that was active in the app as fortunately no other charger was active. After all this you find it’s 10.49 USD just to start the charge per the screenshot. Where every other charger in Washington that I have ever encountered charges $0.99. What a rip off, what an inconvenience. I hope they go out of business as the public is less inconvenienced driving 10 minutes away to any other normal professional charger. 1 star as it is a fast charger and it does work if you try hard enough for half an hour to get one of the 4 chargers working. Bonus: the Ford dealer lot people will hit you up more than once about trading up your vehicle. They are friendly though and the least bothersome thing of this experience.” — Mark Ledford, 2 months ago
