“This company may charge you late for no reason and when you call the staff and tell them about this problem they will say they don't see anything wrong with the system. They don't go into the station cameras and see if you are late or not. They will keep telling you that they trust what they see in the system. I have charged my car 99%, how did I get late/IDLE fees? They are the most scam company and I hope no one has to deal with them.
