“Good, usual EA experience, but extremely expensive. Consider charging at the HyVee in Janesville for $12/hr. I paid more than double that here with EA. “0 stars would match the number of chargers that were properly functioning. The first 3 (of 4 total) chargers that I tried, despite being marked ULTRA or HYPER fast, delivered a max of 30 kw/h. Yes, it was cold out, but 15 degrees F in Wisconsin in the winter is just a day. It can get that cold anywhere from October to March, and a charger that can't be relied upon six months out of the year is worthless. The 4th charger didn't work at all and the plug got stuck in my charging port for reasons I won't bore you with, but suffice it to say that the customer service representative who was clearly in a call center on the other side of the planet took 45 minutes trying to figure out how to solve the problem.
