“Overall, this is a fantastic EV charging station. Everything functions exactly as it should. I had an early morning charging session here at 4:00 AM and in 1 pm, and it worked flawlessly—fast, smooth, and zero issues. Room for Improvement: The only downside is the lack of shelter from the elements. During the day, the scorching sun beats directly down on both the vehicles and the equipment. This extreme heat seems to affect the charging performance, makes the hardware uncomfortably hot to handle, and bakes the inside of the car while you wait. Particular Charging A is most affected by temperature. Suggestion to Management: It would be an incredible upgrade if you could install a green sheet roof or canopy to cover both the chargers and the parking bays. Protecting the cars, the charging guns, and the main units from direct sunlight would keep the equipment running at peak performance during the day and make the wait much more comfortable for drivers.
