What drivers have written
“Read reviews and was prepared. Get app Get ACDI Energy app create an account and start charging. Port on the left didn’t connect but connected the port on the right and started right away. Only had 20 miles left so only option charged for 9 hours and about $38 and all good. Just left my car at the hotel overnight. $4 an hour and they place a $40 hold on your card. Like to mention that cell service was low only 2 bars with AT&T but worked just fine. Hope this helps as we have a port at our house so when our daughter visits but stopped working.” — Pati Jones, 3 months ago
“Charging was not as easy as I would have liked. first, I attempted thru ChargeHub, where it seemed to connect and begin charging, but then failed. I then tried paying by tapping my credit card, but that also failed. I lastly scanned the QR code, had to download an app, create an account with ACDI Energy including credit card info and only then was charging successful. Sure, it's getting nearly 12kW and is $4/hr which equates to about $0.33/kWh which is a reasonable price. But the initial setup frustration was greater than it should have been. I'll return if I must and have an hour or two to wait, but this will not be on my short-list of chargers to use.” — Jody Carter, 4 months ago
“This station is absolutely horrible. The cell signal is bad so it took forever to download the app. Then the charger was slow! My home charger is faster than this one, but it the only one in the area.” — K Woods, 4 months ago
