“While the chargers are operational often and now 1 of 3 batches in the area they are nice to have at the Malibu shops but there are no trash cans supplied. It seems people are just trashing items in public, which is a shame on Tesla owners more than Tesla themselves, but I would appreciate it if Tesla would provide trash cans and service to the area as Malibu is a beautiful area going through its own issues at this time.” — Roy Hemphill, a year ago

“Nice spot lots of little shops and places to grab some food and drinks they have out door shaded seating. This spot only has 8 stalls, it will show that they are available on the App, but there are Jerks who will use it as an EV parking stall. This Jerk right here in the white Tesla with licence plate "SUGGY X" was just sitting in his car eating, but not charging. I don't know if he had recently finished charging and just disconnected to avoid additional fees or simply because he's a Jerk. He saw me waiting, but didn't care he didn't move until Parking enforcement came to cite a black Tesla who was not charging and was not in the vehicle. The Officer then went to Mr. SuggyX to let him know it was a charging stall not a parking spot. Rude @$$ SuggyX flipped us off as he took his time to leave the stall. “Overall a great experience! However the location of this charger is a little bit.. I would say being invaded, since the outdoor seating was facing directly at the supercharger everything you have in the car backseat will be visible to people walking and eating , that give more suspicious people a better chance to steal your stuff or break a window, it's also kind of awkward too when you just seating in the car for a quick charge people were staring at you. It will be much better if they can move 5 slots to the right so people aren't directly looking at you if you are sitting in the car.
