“By far worst experience I’ve had at a charging station I was charged a $50 deposit for $2.00 of service I didn’t even want, I couldn’t stop the charger as it was locked into my car with no stop or emergency buttons on site! I called customer service for them to shut off the meter and was left with leave a voice mail for my issue. 30 mins later I received a txt message from what I’m assuming was a representative asking me if I was all set. I was furious called the next day to report my issue with my experience and was met again with a returned txt message in which nothing was resolved no cares for customer service and an attitude through txt message I’d never use an AmpedUp!
