“False advertising and charging. Mississauga, location at Hilton at 6750 Mississauga Road. No published rate. Once you download the app and provide credit card and then actually start charging, it then shows a rate of $3.00. But it does not indicate per hour, per charge or how much you are actually paying. The way it read and after showing it to 3 different people everyone agreed it appeared to be a flat rate charge. Then I get the bill for over $13 for 80 km of charging. This worked out to about 3x as much as using gas. Something has to be done about these scammers.” — Don Adam, 8 years ago

“Terrible Service. False advertising. I parked at 4950 Yonge Street to charge my car. The posted rate on the APP says $0.86 per hour connected. Great., I charged for 10 hours and expected to see $8.60 on my card. I was charged $50.00. There is a "Details" link below the posted rate in which it says the charge is "$3.00 for the first 3 hours and 30 minutes. The price then goes to $0.20 per minute". This is outrageous because the fine print is buried and we are not directed to go there and $0.20 per minute for a trickle charge is theft. After many back and forths with KOBEN SYSTEMS, the company responsible for this misleading practice, they acknowledge that it is confusing and understand my frustration but refuse to offer a discount or refund.” — Jon Scorey, 7 years ago
