“Very disappointed with this charging station. Google lists it as a 200 kW ultra-fast charger, but in reality I only got around 50 kW while charging. When two vehicles were charging at the same time, the average speed dropped to less than 20 kW. This is nowhere near what is advertised and feels very misleading — almost like a bait-and-switch. “*THIS STATION CAN ONLY SUPPORT 2 VEHICLES* If 2 vehicles are charging and a 3rd one shows up and plugs in, all 3 charges will stop as the station cannot handle it. When I called customer service, they said “we didn’t expect this much traffic at this location” (Horrible excuse). Max kW I ever got was 46 on multiple EV’s that support a lot faster. “The charging speed is very slow. On the meter it shows 86 and in my car it says 75. This is a scam. Also at least 1 time you will face charging interruption and resulting it you will pay 2-3 times the initial 1$ fee.
