What drivers have written

“Great fast charger in Maryville. Rented a car from the airport to visit family and was given an electric vehicle, very relieved to find this charger exists. Took a bit to figure out how to pay as I didn't have the app and credit card option wasn't working; just went through the website instead. About 20 min to go from 30 to 90%.” — Janet Crane, a month ago

“Great option in NW Missouri. Casey’s if you’re hungry. Max power was in the 115kW instead of the 150 stated. Went 38% - 80% in 35min.” — Jim Easley, a year ago

“Finally charged after a lot of trial and error - but WARNING - the only way we could get the machines to work is to (1) plug in and then (2) scan the big QR code on the machine OR if that doesn’t work, download the Francis app and either register for an account or charge as a guest. Based on our experience, DO NOT even bother with trying tap-to-pay or swiping a card or inserting a card chip (nothing worked) and DO NOT expect the screen to walk you through the process properly. Once we got the charger to work, it was a super fast charger. Good luck!” — Rachel Stigler, 2 months ago
