“There are only two chargers available here, and one of them is out of service. Despite calling customer service multiple times, it has taken months for the issue to be resolved. Consequently, you must wait for the next person to finish charging their car. If you leave for even a minute, someone will be there when you return, and another hour will have passed. “This charger has been out of service for at least five months if you go by EVgo's maintenance message on PlugShare. Reviews here suggest it has been out of service for longer.
