“Tried 2 different chargers that we verified by the app and customer service to be in working order. Attempted this 6 times. Each time the charger would start and then immediately stop. Created a Francis Energy account, downloaded their app, called customer service but all of no use. Customer service was friendly but had no other info than what their app showed. They opened a "support ticket" but couldn't do anything to actually help me get charged today. This company experience leads me to think they got a bunch tax dollars/subsidy and don't actually have to be concerned with making a profit. “Super experience. I first tried to charge using station 3. That was not successful. My charge point app suggested station one. There it worked using my Visa credit card immediately.
