“Two of the four stations were working. The station actually worked with the plug and charge feature with my Equinox EV, so I didn't need to mess with any apps or scan a QR code or use tap and pay. I just plugged it in and it started charging my vehicle. I wish they would lengthen the cable on all these charging stations though. They're longer than the Tesla ones by alot, but they still require you to pull the thing with extreme force and drag the cable to the charging port on your vehicle. Even with the vehicle backed all the way in, the cable was still barely long enough to get to the port.” — Paul Silverstein, 7 months ago

“First charger got stuck on ”checking charging cable”, then timed out. Second charger worked. Tried using EvGo app for payment, but couldn’t log in due to incorrect password. Tried resetting the password but did not get the reset email as requested (twice). Not in spam folder either. Each credit card payment attempt resulted in $55 pre-charge. “Left station wouldn't work, either of the two chargers. Leftmost said unavailable, right charger on the left station timed out 3 times on the preparing screen. Right station worked at first, but then both chargers threw an error and would not work. So all are not working. Shame. Tao to pay worked with credit card.
