“Been reading other comments. Word of advice. 350 kw capable does not mean your vehicle will accept that. My Cadillac peaks out at about 185kw which is fine. However, every single time I’ve charged here, the charger’s error out when my battery is at about 60%. I have to stop the session, then start another. Rather annoying. Also, the app is horrible. I have tried to enroll my vehicle in the autoconnect feature to auto start charging and it has never worked. The charger on the far right has never worked for me either. For pricing, they are raising their rates to .45 per kw so it’s really no longer competitive to use. The hassle with the faulty charging software isn’t worth it anymore. I’d rather go to Tesla or Electrify America. Update - there are all kinds of problems with these charges since using these the past 3 weeks. I had my Cadillac throw a code during Fast Charging here. Thought it was a problem with my car. My EV loaner did the same exact thing! The far right station is listed as NACS and nobody can use it since it has a CCS connector on it. The second station from left, nobody can get to connect to their car so it’s never used. Have reported all of this to FPL. Doubt anything will happen. Proceed with caution.” — Dustin, 8 months ago

“The charging station is not working. I checked it online. It shows it’s supposed to work however, when I tried to charge my Mustang it doesn’t work. spent 15 minutes then went to Tesla supercharger and that was phenomenal experience.
