“Charger #1 wouldn’t initialize. Had to move to #5; it connected but disconnected after a few minutes. Had to Unplug and Reconnect a few times. Payment easy using ApplePay though. Frustrating experience. It was probably my vehicle. VW iD4 and Porsche seem to charge just fine next to me. Edited: after reviewing the charge station on Electrify America app, charger #1 was indeed offline. So, lesson learned, when using a new station, confirm the charger’s operational status on the vendor’s app as a sanity check to avoid unnecessary frustration and confusion.
