“One of two charging stations is out of order, same as when we checked several days ago. I can’t imagine Petro-Canada not fixing their gas pumps if they were out of order for several days. The other charger does work—eventually. The charger starts with a screen indicating that the Petrocan EV app no longer works, but that you can charge with ApplePay or a credit card. So I attempt to charge and the charger indicates that the card reader isn’t working, and I should use the PetroCan EV app instead!!! (The first screen was correct, tha app no longer works). I was ready to leave but decided to go inside and check with the attendant, who informed me that the card readers were deliberately disabled, and I would need to use the ChargePoint app instead. That app did work. Get your act together PetroCanada—you should be embarrassed. At a minimum, you should print out a sign with valid instructions and tape it to the pump. But frankly the software should be up to date and the broken charger fixed in a timely fashion.” — Barry Moss, 2 months ago

“Neither work. Spoke to the gas station attendant , he seemed almost amused and said that they tried calling a service attendant several times with no luck. Not sure why they don't put a "out of service" sign on the chargers, so you don't waste your time signing in, connecting, waiting AND THEN be given an error - on both.” — Francesca H, 4 months ago
