“$2 the first hour and so forth. Like the other reviewers stated, MB residents get a discount when showing your drivers license. There’s no attendant in person so you put your id and parking ticket in the little blue box and call them to verify then your rate will be discounted. See pic attached for the box to look for. “It is located on fifth floor in PAID parking lot. Some instruction how to use it: 1. When you arrive GPS will bring you to the exit gate for some reason and you will need to drive around and find the entrance gate. You can ask people exiting from the parking lot if you have difficulties to find it 2. At the gate you need to get a ticket and drive to the 5th floor where you will find Superchargers or plugs, which you can use if you have plenty of time, but don’t forget the parking lot is not free.. 3. Before you exit the parking lot you need to stop on the third floor and pay at the payment machine. It will cost you $2 and you can pay with your debit card. Just insert your ticket and pay and after payment it will eject your ticket. Or you probably can pay at the exit, but I never tried that option as didn’t want to make conjunction at the exit 4. At the exit just insert the ticket and the gate will open automatically. I give 3 stars as I didn’t know it was paid parking lot, but it worked that’s why not giving one star:) Hope Tesla will figure it out so that people who come to Supercharger don’t need to pay” — braz oss, 3 years ago

“I charge here regularly and have a good experience, but there are some things to note... 1. parking is not free and varies between $1/hr and a flat rate of $30. Normally, for most people, it is $2/hr. Miami Beach residents always get $1/hr, but it takes proof of residency. 2. I've never seen the charger charge faster than 52kW even though it is a 75kW charger. Amenities are great! There's a Starbucks caddy corner to the garage. Lincoln rd is a walking only street and fabulous for shopping and restaurants. You can walk to the beach, though your car will likely be charged by the time you walk there and back. There's almost never a wait. I've charged at all daytime hours. The chargers have always worked for me. I can't say that about every supercharger.” — Jason Zwolak, a year ago
