“First time charging here, these 4 fast chargers are a bit in the back. To charge I just download it the app from the big QR code next to the screen. Don’t follow the directions from the main screen, it tells you to download autel which I guess is another app for charging. Just download the charge smart ev app and you’re good. Fast charge Kia niro ev 30 minutes. $20. “When you need a fast charge and you go online and learn that you are near a car dealership that has 7 charging stations you think wow that's smart until you arrive and learn that every single station DOES NOT WORK. I can't make this up. I called and every single one was down. I literally read every number to the customer service rep who was very nice and sent me to a blink charger a few miles away.
