“On 06/27/2026, I called customer support three times regarding an issue with a charging station. My first call started around 1:17 PM, and it was, in my experience, the most frustrating customer service interaction I’ve had. The representative seemed to focus on my vehicle rather than listening to what I was trying to explain. From what I could tell, the problem appeared to be with the charger latch, which seemed to be stuck. I repeatedly explained that I was simply trying to get a technician to come out, but I did not feel that my concern was addressed in a helpful way. I also asked for a supervisor, but that request did not seem to be handled properly. At one point, the call handling felt unprofessional. Eventually, I was able to free my own vehicle by hitting the latch myself. I am not admitting that I damaged or broke anything, and based on what I experienced, the issue appeared to be with the charging equipment rather than my car. If charging stations are being operated, I believe there should be a stronger maintenance plan in place. In my opinion, charger latches should be inspected regularly, technicians should be available for equipment failures, and customer service representatives should be trained to listen carefully and provide clear next steps instead of simply directing customers to roadside assistance. From my perspective, this seemed to be a preventable equipment issue that could have been handled more efficiently with better maintenance and support. I hope management reviews the call recordings, especially the one around 1:17 PM, so they can evaluate the customer experience and improve training and station upkeep. I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience was frustrating and, in my opinion, could have been resolved much faster with better equipment maintenance and more effective support. “There is no credit card reader, requires an app. Poor cell signal so took 30 minutes to install the app. Spent another 30 minutes trying to charge. Either the app or the charger would time out and restart the charge. I would enter payment details them if would forget them and ask me to renter. I got it to start charging and after 1 minute the car loses connection to the charger. I gave up at that point and luckily made it to another charger.” — Paul Faria, 10 months ago

“Great price, great location. Right across from Walmart if you need to pick up something while you charge. Wendy’s is also right next door if you want to grab some food while you wait.
