The problem seems to be that several vehicles remain parked in the charging spots after completing their charge, or worse, they are not charging at all. It appears that some drivers intentionally unplug their vehicles after starting the session so that the system stops tracking usage and doesn’t apply idle fees, even though they continue occupying the charging space.
