What drivers have written

“We live in Middletown and "try" to use this station frequently since we rent and can't install a fast charger at home. Keyword being try since about a 1/3 of the time we try to use them they don't work. In my experience, if one of them is down, all of them are down. We leased a Honda electric to see how viable electric cars are now. If you live in this area, unless you can fast charge at home or buy a car that can use one of the Tesla superchargers, don't bother going electric. So many of these charging stations consistently go down. Pro tip: When you plug your car in at this station be sure the machine verbally tells you to run your card or tap your phone. I've experienced and seen others have multiple $30 holds placed on their card, even when the chargers not working, because they repeatedly tapped their cards. Good luck!!” — Rob Newton, 3 months ago

“Had a successfully charge at a max rate of 179 kw. THE PRICE PER KW NOT SHOWN ON CHARGER. There is a bank of solar panels covering a group of chargers. Some tool parked in the charging only stalls despite it being clearly marked and despite the fact that there were a ton of open spaces available. One disconcerting thing was all the trash around the area. Like people were just dumping the crap out of their car into the lot. If i did my calculations properly the cost was $0.53 per kWh. No App needed, just swipe card to start charging.” — r suchowi, a year ago

“I was charged the amount to charge, which was a little less than 18 bucks! But on my statement i can see i was also charged 50 bucks!! I am looking into a way to get my money back!! Never will i ever use this station. I normally charge up at Hyundai Faulkner in Harrisburg on Paxton St. I have never had any issues there!! I want my 50 bucks back!! Or at least explain why it was taken on top of the actual amount to charge!” — Mik Underwood, 11 months ago
