“I find these chargers frustrating. The first time I stopped here, I had to switch because the card reader didn't work. No big deal, move to another parking space, get the session started. It asks if you want a receipt and if you say yes, asks for phone number. But you can't enter a number; there are hard buttons underneath the screen to enter your ("yes, no, back, more info, etc), but a keypad appears on the screen for your phone number - it's not a touch screen. I tried to figure it out, but gave up On my return trip I stopped again. Again had to move chargers - it recognized my card, not said payment declined. Tried another card same thing. Moved chargers, got it going. Sat in my car for 10 minutes or so and it seemed to be going fine, said there was 55 minutes left. Walked around in Walmart for 30 minutes and came back expecting it be almost finished. But it said charging failed. Apparently, right after I got out of the car it stopped charging - no reason. Unplugged, tried to start again - card reader didn't recognize my card ( this was the same charger I had this same problem with on my first visit). Moved spots, got started, at iny car to make sure no more errors happened. 3 stars because I did eventually get my car charged. My final complaint is one I have for a lot of charging stations with multiple booths (pumps?). There are 4 pumps, each with 2 plugs. It appears that both plugs can be used simultaneously. However, there are only 5 parking spaces in front of the pumps, possibly 6, bit it's awfully far to the side and the lines on these pumps are not very long. So, at best, 6 out 8 plugs can be used, likely 5 out of 8. I didn't have to wait, but I don't know why so many stations do this.” — Lea Ann Davis, 11 months ago
“Extremely disappointed every time I come to charge here. CONSTANT ISSUES with these chargers… I stopped to charge here today with only 2% battery left and all the chargers were turned off, blank screens. “There are 4 charging stations with two chargers each. 7 are CCS and 1 is CHAdeMo. Chargers 1 & 4 provide up to 150kw and #2 & #3 are the super fast chargers proving up to 350kw. The closeup is #1 station and was unaware the middle two stations were faster. I unplugged and moved over. One of my pics shows chargers #2,3 & 4. The closeup pic is charger #1.” — TinMan, a year ago
